Standing With Israel June 20 – Fort Worth, TX
Once again, Pastor Perfeto & Lisa Esquibal of Christian Worship Center helped to coordinate yet another well-attended event. They held a CUFI Standing With Israelservice at their church in Fort Worth, Texas. The evening opened with inspiring songs of worship. Later, the singing of the Israeli national anthem by Angie Friedman of the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth & Tarrant County stirred all who attended.
The speakers included Pastor Lyndon Allen, Central Regional Coordinator of CUFI along with CUFI State Directors of Nevada— Pastors David & Vicki Shearin of Word of Life Christian Center Las Vegas; Pastor Vicki gave the keynote address. Several members of the Jewish community were in attendance: Robert Simon, also of the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth & Tarrant County; Rabbi Brian Zimmerman & Kim Factor (Shofar) of Congregation Beth-El. We were also thankful for the presence of CUFI Hispanic Outreach Coordinator— Pastor Peter and Mildred De Jesus . Several that evening joined CUFI, pledging their support of Israel.
