Oct 28th Corona, CA Why Israel?
Pastor Tony Dunn was part of the 2017 Diversity Israel Tour. 60 people gathered on the day after the Pittsburgh massacre of 11 Jews at the Tree of Life Synagogue. The Audience watched Pastor Hagee’s video addressing the tragedy, and it set the tone for our discussion of the Christians’ need to stand with Israel and the Jewish people. We also discussed Dr. King’s pro-Israel legacy, and how he encouraged the Black community as well as the will to help, “protect Israel’s territorial integrity.” Several of Pastor Tony’s members are preparing to make their first pilgrimage to Israel in April 2019.
