IDF eliminates 3 top terror operatives, disputes Hamas death figures
Three senior Hamas operatives were killed in a targeted Israeli airstrike in the Khan Younis humanitarian zone, the IDF confirmed Tuesday.
Hamas claims the strike also resulted in at least 40 civilian deaths and 60 injuries, though the military accused the terrorist group of inflating casualty numbers. “Hamas’ media office in Gaza has been caught lying before, and their figures do not match our intelligence,” the army said. The Hamas-controlled health ministry in Gaza later revised the death toll down to 19.
