On Wednesday, October 23rd, our CUFI National Hispanic Outreach Coordinator Rev. Peter De Jesus conducted a Spanish Pastors Meeting Dinner in Swan Lake, New York at the Assemblies of God Spanish Eastern District’s annual Pastors Summit. This CUFI event was co-hosted by District Superintendent Rev. Manuel Alvarez, Sr. and Christian Education Director Rev. Daniel De Jesus who went to Israel earlier this year on our Latino Pastors Israel Tour. As a result, over 100 Pastors and Ministers attended this event and received a CUFI presentation in Spanish that covered our vision, mission, and biblical mandate for us to stand in solidarity with Israel and the Jewish people. It was great to see some of their Pastors become new members of CUFI as well as express interest in hosting future CUFI events in their local churches throughout the Northeast region of our nation. It was also great to confirm the participation of some of their Pastors who will attend our Latino Pastors Israel Tours next month and next year. We look forward to further collaborating with this great AG Hispanic District as we continue sharing with their Pastors and local congregations about the great importance of Hispanic Evangelicals standing in solidarity with Israel!
