October 8 – Israel Is – Petersburg, AK
The horrific invasion of Israel the day before this “Israel Is” event was of course on the forefront of everyone’s mind. These friends live in an area that is only accessible by air or sea. Pastor Lopez really pastors much of the entire town. What a great church, even though many of their folks were out hunting for their yearly moose! The congregation was very moved by all of the events and were more than ready for the presentation. As I finished the “Israel Is” presentation, a “Red Alert” siren sounded, we immediately moved to corporate prayer for Israel and the brave members of the IDF. Pastor Nathan Lopez wrote: “Thank you for coming to be with us. You were a major blessing. It was definitely the right message at the perfect time.”
