November 10 Gardena, CA Spanish Stand with Israel
Another historic National Hispanic Outreach event occurred on Friday night, November 10, 2017, as our first-ever CUFI Spanish Standing With Israel event in Gardena, California was held on this evening. This epic event was hosted by Pastors Rafael and Adriana Nunez of Ciudad De Avivamiento, and it was attended by at least 90 of their congregants. Our National Hispanic Outreach Coordinator, Rev. Peter De Jesus, was the keynote speaker and special Pro-Israel participation was provided for this event by the local church’s children’s ministry and dance team. Some of the highlights of this historic event included segments of Jewish-style worship music, Davidic-style praise dance, and portions Old Testament scripture readings that accentuated our Christian biblical common ground with the nation and people of Israel. As a result of this very special CUFI event, many congregants became CUFI members while others also joined our Daughters For Zion Prayer Network and still others gave a special offering towards the work of CUFI On Campus. Without a doubt, this epic Pro-Israel night will long be remembered for Zion’s sake!
