Bob Scott was invited by Israel Pastor’s Trip Alumni Kim Jenkins (March 2023) to her church on Sunday afternoon to meet with some local pastors and key members of their church. Israel Pastor’s Trip Alumni Dorothy Colon (March 2023) was also in attendance at the meeting. Coordinator Scott was already in the area for speaking engagements as Pastor Jenkins and Pastor Colon put together this last-minute meeting, where they also invited the Rabbi from Long Island to attend. The Israel Is message was received well, with the participants learning about Israel and our work at CUFI. Several questions were asked about Israel and the Middle East, including questions about some of the most recent conflicts and the reporting in the media. Out of this meeting, connections were made for potential speaking engagements in July.
