April 19 – Pastors’ Luncheon & Why Israel – Cartersville, GA
The Church at Liberty Square is without a doubt the most vocal and active pro-Israel church in this part of Georgia with a monthly giving budget supporting numerous works in Israel and dedicating every Monday night to “praying for the peace of Jerusalem.” It has been over 12 years since Senior Pastor Jacob King first visited Israel, and is hoping his Oct-Nov 2021 schedule may allow him to join us on the CUFI 2021 Israel trip.
A number of pastors from “neutral” churches in the area attended the luncheon and Dr. King gave a powerful summary at the conclusion of the Why Israel message, exhorting them to support them to join the work of CUFI.
Later that evening The Church at Liberty Square Pastor’s Luncheon continued to part two at a 6:00pm gathering with the church prayer group attending the evening gathering after which we all gathered at the final event of the day at 7:00pm for the monthly prayer gathering of approx. 100 people. I was asked to share at the 7:00pm event concerning how we can best pray for the nation of Israel.
