CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator
Summary:
The CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator creates, implements, and executes programs to recruit, educate, and activate young professional Christian leaders beyond college campuses to advocate for Israel and the Jewish people.
The goal of the CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator is to plan programs to engage young Christian adults to solidify their connection to Israel and the Jewish people, strengthen their knowledge on these subjects, and give them tools and avenues to stand with Israel and the Jewish people beyond college campuses. Target demographics include, but are not limited to, CUFI on Campus alumni, Israel Collective alumni, young women leaders, young professionals, and conservative professionals.
The CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator recruits for and plans programs for CUFI on Campus alumni, young women, young professionals, and beyond. Additionally, they recruit for CUFI Next Gen Impact trips to Israel, staff them, and maintain relationships and engagement with participants upon returning from Israel. This role also recruits young professionals and trip alumni for scholarships to attend the CUFI National Summit.
Although not the primary responsibility, the CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator will coordinate with the CUFI on Campus Director regarding the recruitment of young professionals to attend appropriate CUFI on Campus educational events and create fitting programming for young adults. The CUFI on Campus Director is primarily responsible for planning and overseeing CUFI on Campus conferences and programming with the Senior Director of Next Gen. Young professionals will be invited to CUFI on Campus conferences like SALT/Leadership Conference and the CUFI on Campus track at Summit, and have special programming organized and executed by the CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator.
This position involves travel to CUFI conferences, Christian conferences for young adults, next-gen Christian gatherings, and Israel trips. This role will attend and table at relevant conferences and gatherings with young adults, and speak at churches, conferences, and events when invited. The CUFI Young Professionals Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Next Gen and works within the CUFI Next Gen team to execute the mission, goals, and benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Next Gen to create quarterly action plans and programming to engage young professionals in pro-Israel education and activism in their communities.
- Implement and execute programs to recruit and educate young professional Christian leaders beyond college campuses to advocate for Israel and the Jewish people.
- Recruit participants for CUFI Next Gen initiatives like conferences, Israel trips, and local events.
- Maintain connections with influencers and content creators upon returning from Israel trips.
- Establish and maintain relationships with next-gen organizations focused on building young Christian leaders.
- Create resources and activism plans for CUFI Next Gen leaders to continue their advocacy beyond college campuses.
- Staff and lead relevant CUFI Next Gen trips to Poland and Israel.
- Travel to CUFI conferences, Christian conferences for young adults, next-gen Christian gatherings, and Israel trips.
- Attend and table at relevant conferences and gatherings for young adults, and speak at churches, conferences, and events when invited.
