All spoken word, video and digital content produced by Christians United For Israel, (“Creator”), including but not limited to recordings, performances, transcripts, audio files, video files, and any derivative works thereof (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive intellectual property of the Creator and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Upload & Distribution

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, re-upload, or publication of the Creator’s Content on any platform, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, or any other digital or streaming platform, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the Creator. Any unauthorized upload constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for damages.

Prohibition on AI & Machine Learning Use

Without limiting the Creator’s exclusive rights under copyright law, any use of this Content — in whole or in part, in its original or any modified form — for the purpose of:

  • Training, fine-tuning, or developing any generative artificial intelligence (AI) system or machine learning model;
  • Generating synthetic speech, text, or audio derived from or mimicking the Creator’s voice, style, or likeness; or
  • Feeding, scraping, harvesting, or ingesting this Content into any automated system or dataset,

is expressly prohibited. The Creator reserves all rights to license and uses of this Content for AI training and machine learning development purposes.

Enforcement

The Creator reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, injunctive relief, and claims for statutory or actual damages.
