Christians United for Israel Extends National Pro-Israel Ad Campaign
On Tuesday, Christians United for Israel (CUFI), the nation’s largest pro-Israel organization, announced that it is extending its national pro-Israel advertising campaign.
Tuesday morning the following newspapers published the full-page CUFI ad: the Arizona Republic, the Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, the Detroit Free Press, the Houston Chronicle, the Miami Herald, the NY Daily News, the NY Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the Seattle Times.
In addition, web-based advertisements are being posted on the Blaze and the Drudge Report. These are in addition to web-based ads that were running since last week on the websites of Fox News and the Christian Post, among several others.
The first phase of CUFI’s national ad campaign, which was launched on Thursday and Friday of last week, included full-page print advertisements in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Chicago Sun Times, the Denver Post, and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The extension of the advertising campaign coincides with a CUFI solidarity trip to the Jewish state. The group traveling to Israel consists of 51 pastors – one from each state and the District of Columbia. During the visit, the group plans to meet with senior Israeli officials, offer encouragement to Israeli soldiers, and hear from Middle East experts.
Christians United for Israel is the largest pro-Israel organization in the United States and one of the leading Christian grassroots movements in the world. CUFI spans all fifty states and reaches millions with its message. Each year CUFI holds hundreds of pro-Israel events in cities around the country. And each July, thousands of pro-Israel Christians gather in Washington, D.C. to participate in the CUFI Washington Summit and make their voices heard in support of Israel and the Jewish people.
