Vice President Pence to Address CUFI Washington Summit July 17-18, 2017
SAN ANTONIO – On Tuesday, Christians United for Israel (CUFI), the nation’s largest pro-Israel organization, announced that Vice President Mike Pence will be addressing the group’s annual Washington Summit in July. Pence is a lifelong Christian Zionist who traveled to Israel with CUFI while governor of Indiana.
“We are deeply honored that the Vice President will be joining us at our Washington Summit this summer. From the day President Trump took office, and each day since, the US-Israel relationship has grown stronger and more vibrant. We are extremely grateful for the Trump Administration’s strong support of the Jewish state,” said CUFI founder and Chairman Pastor John Hagee.
“We are thrilled to announce that Vice President Pence will be joining us this July. Vice President Pence is a stalwart friend of both Israel and CUFI with a clear and proven track record. It is good for all concerned that this friend is now in such a high place. We’re looking forward to giving him a CUFI welcome he won’t soon forget,” noted CUFI director David Brog.
“I have known Vice President Pence personally for over 20 years. His commitment to the US-Israel alliance and to the peace and security of our two nations is unmatched. From Congress to the Indiana Governor’s office to the White House Vice President Pence has stood with Israel,” added CUFI Action Fund Washington Director Gary Bauer.
