Pastor John Hagee

Founder and Chairman
Christians United for Israel

Founder and National Chairman, Christians United for Israel
Founder and Senior Pastor, Cornerstone Church
President and CEO, John Hagee Ministries

Pastor John C. Hagee, founder and senior pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, has built a ministry on straightforward Bible teaching and preaching, and unwavering support for the nation of Israel and the Jewish people.

Pastor John Hagee is a fifth generation pastor and the 47th descendent of his family to preach the gospel since they immigrated to America from Germany. Pastor Hagee received his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University, earned a master’s degree from North Texas University and trained in theology at Southwestern Bible Institute.

Pastor Hagee is married to Diana Castro and together they raised five children while pastoring their beloved 18,000 member Cornerstone Church founded in 1975.

While pastoring the evangelical, non-denominational Cornerstone Church, Pastor Hagee acquired licenses for two low-power television stations in San Antonio over 28 years ago. The Cornerstone family sacrificially gave to buy the necessary broadcasting equipment with the Hagees personally mortgaging their home to help build the radio and television ministry.

Today, John Hagee Ministries occupies a 50,000 square-foot production center which houses both radio and television studios, 100 telephone prayer partners, and a vast distribution center. Currently, Hagee telecasts on eight major networks, 162 independent television stations, and 51 radio stations throughout the globe broadcasting in over 190 nations.

In addition to founding the global media ministry Pastor Hagee is the author of 21 major books the latest being Jerusalem Countdown which made the USA Today’s best seller list. Many of his books have been best sellers with one, The Beginning of the End, reaching the New York Times best sellers list.

Pastor Hagee is the founder of “A Night to Honor Israel” which is celebrated annually at Cornerstone Church over national and international television. “A Night to Honor Israel” is a non-conversionary tribute to the nation of Israel and the Jewish people of the world. Its purpose is to promote esteem and understanding between Christians and Jews and to emphasize that the beliefs we hold in common are far greater than the differences we have allowed to separate us. Pastor Hagee has been presented the ZOA Israel Award, the ZOA Service Award and the Humanitarian of the Year Award by B’Nai B’Rith Council in recognition of his unwavering support of Israel.

Pastor Hagee’s ministry has given millions of dollars to bring the Jewish exiles of the world home to Israel. The ministry has provided comfort and consolation to the Jewish people through the building of orphanage facilities, absorption centers and hospitals.

In February, 2006, Pastor John Hagee, Founder and National Chairman of Christians United for Israel, decided the time had come to create a national grassroots movement focused on the support of Israel. He called upon Christian leaders from across America to join him in launching this new initiative. Over 400 Christian leaders each representing a denomination, mega-church, media ministry, publishing company, or Christian university answered the call and Christians United for Israel was born.

Kasim Hafeez

Kasim Hafeez is a British citizen of Pakistani Muslim heritage who grew up being exposed to radical Anti-Western, Anti-Semitic and Anti-Israel ideas on a daily basis. During his teenage years Kasim embraced a radical Islamist ideology and became very active in the anti-Israel movement. Thankfully Alan Dershowitz’s book ‘The Case for Israel’ challenged Kasim’s fundamental beliefs and caused him to undertake a period of research and reflection that led him to Israel in 2007. He has spoken all over the world including the 2013 Global Forum on Combatting Anti-Semitism. Kasim has appeared on radio and television and print media.
