Herman is the founder and President of Asian Action Network, a network of Faith, community groups & business organizations engaging to unite, educate, empower and mobilize Asian Pacific Americans to work together with moral and professional excellence, to become a positive and godly influence in American society.
Founder of Emerging Leaders Int’l., a coalition of hundreds of leaders working together to bring transformation in the spheres of influence of society.He helped pioneer churches and nonprofit organizations and has over 25 years of experience in pastoral ministry.
Serves as a Texas Advisory Council Member for U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (usglc.org), a diverse group of key business and NGO leaders that support strategic investments in development and diplomacy alongside defense to build a better, safer world.
Serves as Commissioner on the President’s White House Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI), for the economic empowerment of AAPIs to improve the quality of their lives, families and communities.
